Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Duties & Taxes
Where available, LAYR & LAYR ships using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning applicable duties and import taxes are paid before delivery. For destinations marked DDU, any applicable duties, taxes or customs fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Issues
If your shipment is delayed, arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. We'll work closely with our shipping partners to investigate the situation and provide an appropriate solution whenever possible.
